Terms & Conditions:

1. PAYMENT:

  • You agree to pay for the trial on the day of the trial by cash, bank deposit or credit card

  • The minimum callout is 3 people. If the location is over an hour drive the minimum callout is 4 people. 

  • For special occasion bookings, a $50 deposit is to be paid to secure your appointment. 

  • Larger special occasion bookings will be invoiced and will require a 30% deposit to secure the date.

  • The date of your wedding will not be secured until a 30% deposit is paid in full. 

  • Holding date deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable after 5 days.

  • The final payment of your invoice is due 7 days prior to your wedding/event date via bank deposit. Payment on the day can only be accepted if arranged prior or for extra services not previously booked (eg. lashes or extra people). 

  • An early starting fee of $20 will be charged for jobs before 6am.

  • Travel fees of $1 per km are charged (on trial and on the day) after 10kms from MCMUA located in Camden NSW 2570, This will cover Tolls

  • Booking dates for Public Holidays or their associated weekend will incur a 20% surcharge per booking.

  • You will need to ensure that parking is readily available at the location. Parking fees may apply and are payable upon arrival.


2. CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES:

  • Any reductions in the booked number of people for your wedding will still need to be paid for in full, if less than 2 months notice is given.

  • Cancelation of a booking more than 2 months from your wedding, you will lose your deposit only.

  • Cancelation of a booking less than 2 months from your wedding will require you to pay the invoice in full. 

  • Please notify MCMUA of any location changes as soon as possible. This may change your quote due to travel fees, early start etc. An emended quote will then be issued and is to be paid according to the payment terms above.

 

3. ALLERGIES/ILLNESS:

  • MCMUA’S brushes and kit are always sanitised and kept at a professional standard.

  • MCMUA use only high quality professional brands.

  • You must notify MCMUA of any allergies to any products or ingredients, you or any of the bridal party may have. This includes severely dry or sensitive skin.

  • If you are sick or contagious on the day of your trial, you will inform MCMUA your booking can be rescheduled.

  • If you are sick on the day of the wedding/event you will notify me so that precautions can be taken (mask, gloves etc.)

  • You are obligated to inform me if you or anyone in your bridal party has a contagious illness/condition. This includes but is not limited to conjunctivitis, cold sores, cold, flu, measles, mumps, chicken pox, shingles, open cuts/sores, ringworm/fungal infections (above the chest). This is so that I can take precautions to protect my health and the hygiene of my brushes & kit, but using disposable brushes/sponges/gloves etc.

  • If I am sick or contagious on the day of your trial, I will call you and reschedule to prevent you from getting sick.

  • In the unlikely event that I am extremely sick, hospitalised or unable to work on your wedding/event due to extreme, unforeseen tragic circumstances, I will do my best to organise another artist with an equivalent skill level. If I am sick, I will take precautions (mask/gloves etc).

4. WEDDING DAY PREP 

  • False lashes are included in the price 

  • PLEASE DO NOT GET A LASH LIFT if you would like individual lashes on the day. Due to the angle that the lashes are curled to during a lift, this makes it impossible for additional lashes to sit on top.

  • Avoid waxing, trying new products or harsh facials too close to your wedding day to reduce the risk of a reaction or breakouts. 

  • Please ensure everyone has cleansed their face free from any leftover makeup. If you have dry skin feel free to use your hydrating products as normal after washing/cleansing your skin. 

  • Please bring your own lipstick/gloss that you wish to wear on the wedding day. Unfortunately, there is not a lip product that lasts the entire day and night so by having your own favourite lip colour you can easily touch-up during your wedding day. Let your bridal party know about this also so they are prepared with their own touch-up colour.

5. SOCIAL MEDIA 

  • I love to share my beautiful brides and bridal parties with my followers (after the wedding day of course!). Please advise if you do not wish for your images to be used.
